So I contacted Lenovo support and asked why my USI pens don't work on this chromebook and what they told me was that they cannot help me because the book wasn't shipped with a pen initially or that I have to buy the "Lenovo USI Pen 2" because this is the only pen which is supported by the duet 3.Īm I wrong or is this working against the USI idea?ĭoes anyone know what else I could do besides speaking with 5 different lenovo tech/shop supports which tell me all the same?Įdit (Got an answer from Lenovo over Twitter): So I asked Amazon for an exchange device but the pens don't seem to work on this either. I just bought a Duet 3 Chromebook and wanted to use one of my USI pen (Lenovo USI pen | HP rechargeable USI pen) on it but sadly it doesn't seem to work.
